Nightingale Lane in Balham is plagued by excessive speeding which puts residents, young and old, at risk.
While signs are in place asking motorists to slow down when travelling, these are often ignored.
The road is not only an important thoroughfare for vehicles but close to many residential roads, schools, care homes and places of worship.
We request that Wandsworth Borough Council conduct an urgent review of practical measures to reduce the speeding and improve safety along this road.
